Basic Training

Research shows that the most effective way to lose weight is to combine cardiovascular exercise with weight training.  basic Training is a simple, easy-to-follow, yet demanding class that tones every major body part and also strengthens your heart and fights against cardiovascular disease.

The class consists of slow, controlled movements with weight to tone and strengthen every part of the body and get a healthy heart.  The class incorporates the use of a step bench, hand weights and resistance bands and balls.

Mondays: 7:15PM – 8:15PM

$10 per session paid at the 1st class

$15/session walk-in
